• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MRI
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
• Experience managing or supporting multi-site MRI services (desirable)
• Advanced MRI clinical expertise across multiple systems/platforms
• Strong understanding of MRI operations, workflow, and quality systems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Multi-vendor MRI experience (Siemens, GE, Philips)
• AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License
• SMIRT MRI Accreditation (Level 1 minimum)
• Ability to travel between sites within the region

About the role

Integral Diagnostics (IDX) West Metro Melbourne Region Lake Imaging / Capital Radiology / FMIG / Imaging @ Olympic Park / Direct Radiology

At IDX Victoria we are seeking an experienced full-time MRI Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and workforce development across multiple MRI sites within the West Metro Melbourne region. This is a full-time position with flexibility to travel to our other MRI sites within the Region including Footscray, Williamstown, Altona, Spotswood, Werribee, Sydenham. Reporting to the MRI Manager and Regional Manager, this role ensures high-quality imaging standards, optimised workflows, safe, compliant practices, while supporting advanced MRI services and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse fleet of MRI systems and vendors. The position plays a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting staff training and assessment, and standardising MRI practices across sites.

To Be Successful You’ll Need
