Compare Club Home Loans is seeking a motivated Senior Mortgage Broker to join its high-performing contact centre team. You will engage clients via phone, email and video, building and managing a pipeline of lender applications across Australia and delivering a transparent lending experience.

You’ll work with a diverse panel of lenders, supported by warm leads and a hybrid working arrangement, designed to maximise productivity and career growth in a modern tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in home loan finance or mortgage broking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MFAA membership and familiarity with lending/compliance framework advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Build and manage a pipeline of active enquiries and lender applications.
• Provide transparent, simple lending experiences for borrowers.
• Meet KPI targets and deliver high-volume performance.
