GB Financials in Melbourne is seeking a contract Mortgage Broker to guide clients through the end-to-end home loan and refinancing process, from initial consultation to settlement.

In a hybrid role with in-office client meetings and work-from-home flexibility, you will assess client needs, research products, submit loan applications and liaise with lenders and solicitors while ensuring compliant documentation and active relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end loan applications and settlements.
• Strong knowledge of Australian lending regulations and compliance.
• Ability to advise on debt consolidation and lending solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with mortgage marketing and business development.
