Job summary

Datacom Australia is seeking a Mobility Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of customers’ EMM environments. You will ensure exceptional customer experiences, support iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 platforms, and contribute to design and deployment activities across multiple sites.

Join a collaborative Intelligent Workspace team; you’ll lead incidents, train peers, and help implement modern managed solutions while adhering to ITIL practices and SLAs.

Qualifications

5 years IT industry experience
Approximately 2 years in a Mobility role
Excellent knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication and prioritisation skills

Responsibilities

Deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs
Be available to travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences
Operational support of customer systems including monitoring and incident resolution
Produce accurate, concise, and timely reports
Provide training and guidance to Datacom staff to improve team competence
Lead deployment and project activities including design documentation
