Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Mobility Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of our client’s EMM systems and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead deployments, problem-solve complex issues, and work with iOS and Android device governance within an ITIL framework.

In this role you will collaborate with the Mobility Services team across locations, build design documents, and provide technical leadership on major incidents while ensuring service quality and adherence to

Qualifications

Proven mobility management experience focusing on iOS and Android.
Experience with enterprise mobility management and device governance.
Familiar with ITIL processes and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

Escalation point of contact for customers and team members.
Deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs using standard tooling.
Create design documents (HLD, DDD, LLD) and build customer environments via Intune and WS1.
Provide technical leadership for major incidents and governance across iOS/Android and Chrome OS environments.
Document risks, issues, and changes; participate in continuous improvement.
