Job summary

Datacom in Brisbane is seeking a Mobility Specialist to manage day-to-day EMM environments and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll design, deploy, and support end-to-end mobility solutions, including Intune, MobileIron, and WS1, while guiding less experienced staff and ensuring SLA-aligned service delivery.

Qualifications

• You will have 5 years' IT industry experience, preferably within an IT managed service provider.
• Approximately 2 years' experience in a Mobility role, with exposure to iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and prioritisation skills; able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs.
• Be available to travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences.
• Operational support of customer systems including proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
• Identify inefficient procedures and suggest improvements for implementation.
• Produce accurate, concise, and timely reports as required.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced staff to improve competence.
• Create design documents (HLD, DDD and LLD) as needed for deployments.
• Provide governance for iOS, Android, and Chrome OS device implementations and changes.
