Datacom is seeking a Senior Mobility Engineer to manage day-to-day operations of customers' EMM environments, ensuring productive, secure, and compliant device management. You will lead design, deployment, and ongoing governance across iOS, Android, and Chrome OS ecosystems, with emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will work within the Intelligent Workspace team, collaborating across locations and supporting clients with modern managed solutions while adhering to ITIL

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mobile device management and EM/M systems.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android device governance and security.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SOTI, and Google Admin tools.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations for customers' EMM environments.
• Lead design and implementation of MDM solutions with documented guides.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents and outages.
• Maintain SLAs through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clients and Datacom teams to improve processes.
