Infosys in Australia is seeking a Senior Mobility Engineer to join the Enterprise Mobility Managed Services (EMMS) team. You will lead the design, implementation, and operational transition of enterprise mobility and endpoint management solutions, delivering secure, scalable mobility services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in Enterprise Mobility/Unified Endpoint Management or Modern Workplace technologies.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior escalation point for mobility and endpoint management issues.
• Lead major incident response, vendor escalations, root cause analysis and problem management.
• Drive ITIL‑aligned change management, release governance, and deployments.
• Maintain platform security, reliability, and performance; ensure compliance.
• Manage vulnerability remediation, MTD, and security posture improvements.
• Support integrations with identity, certificate, directory, and network access services.
• Configure and manage Apple Business Manager, Android Zero‑touch, Knox Enrolment, and Windows Autopilot.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, APIs, and scripting to improve efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards.
