Qualifications

• Significant experience with microscopy or imaging systems.
• Ability to become a trusted advisor to experienced scientific customers.
• Experience supporting complex technical solutions, demonstrations, installations or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level applications and technical support across microscopy and imaging solutions.
• Partner with customers to understand complex scientific and workflow requirements.
• Support product demonstrations, installations and advanced user training.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to key research, clinical and industrial customers.
• Contribute technical expertise to tenders, major accounts and proposals.
• Work with sales, service, product and marketing teams across ANZ and global business.
• Develop scalable application-support processes across the ANZ region.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders in the microscopy community.
