Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to architect our AI‑driven marketing engine. You will automate and optimize Marketo campaigns, ensure flawless execution, and align marketing with sales through Salesforce integration.

You will own platform management, lead investigations, and ongoing optimization while simplifying complex processes and reducing technical debt across the MarTech stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on, advanced experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
• An AI‑First Mindset: using AI tools to build agentic workflows.
• Systems Thinking: understand data flow through the MarTech stack from touchpoint to Salesforce.
• CRM Proficiency: strong knowledge of Salesforce integration with MAPs.
• Operational Discipline: high autonomy and focus on delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: manage day‑to‑day Marketo operations with high uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: resolve funnel leakage, routing issues, scoring anomalies, and sync problems with Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: continuously streamline campaign logic and apply AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Cross‑Functional Business Alignment: understand marketing, sales, and business processes and translate them into data constraints.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: work on high‑level projects to reduce technical debt and create a clean Marketecture.
• List Operations Management: oversee List Operations with a focus on data hygiene and segmentation.
• Ruthless Documentation: maintain up‑to‑date documentation for systems and workflows.
