• 5+ years of hands-on Marketo/MAP experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong CRM integration and data hygiene capabilities.
• AI-first mindset to automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: Manage Marketo day-to-day to ensure uptime, flawless execution, scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot funnel issues, routing, scoring, and sync between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Drive Marketo optimisation, streamline logic, apply AI to repetitive tasks.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: Understand marketing, sales, and business processes to translate requirements into data constraints.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: Collaborate on overhauling Marketo to reduce debt and create a clean architecture.
• List Operations Management: Oversee 2 direct reports for data hygiene, segmentation, and timely execution.
• Ruthless Documentation: Maintain up-to-date docs for systems and workflows.
