Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is an AI-first automation expert with deep Marketo expertise to replace manual processes with autonomous systems. You will be the architect of our marketing engine, orchestrating campaigns and building self-sustaining workflows that minimize human friction.

You will manage Marketo and Salesforce integration, investigate funnel issues, and drive AI-enabled optimisations across campaigns.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a B2B environment.
Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce.
Ability to design AI-enabled, automated marketing workflows.
Strong data hygiene and ability to reduce manual processes.

Responsibilities

Platform management and support for the Marketo instance to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
Lead investigations and troubleshooting for funnel leakage and routing issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
Drive continuous Marketo optimisation and apply AI to repetitive tasks to speed time-to-market.
Develop a solid understanding of marketing, sales, and business processes and translate requirements into data constraints and solutions.
Partner on high-level projects to overhaul and simplify the Marketo instance and reduce technical debt.
Manage List Operations and data hygiene, segmentation, and list execution with potential AI automation.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and workflows.
