Employment Hero, a global leader in HR technology, seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist to lead AI-driven automation and optimize Marketo-based marketing engines. You will be the systems orchestrator, driving a transition from manual processes to self-sustaining workflows that improve operational excellence.

You will manage Marketo operations, troubleshoot issues with Salesforce integration, and push for continuous optimization while aligning closely with marketing, sales, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• AI-first mindset with a passion for automation and agentic workflows.
• Systems thinking across the MarTech stack, data flow to Salesforce opportunities.
• CRM proficiency and deep Salesforce integration knowledge.
• Operational discipline and focus on delivering business impact.
• Growth mindset and drive to simplify and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Marketo to support the business, ensuring uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage, troubleshoot routing, scoring and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimisation, apply AI to automate repetitive tasks and speed up time-to-market.
• Understand and translate marketing and sales processes into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Overhaul and simplify Marketo with the Senior Manager to reduce technical debt and improve sustainability.
• Oversee List Operations (2 direct reports), ensure data hygiene, accurate segmentation, and timely list execution.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and workflows.
