You’ll be responsible for architecting end-to-end Marketo workflows, reducing manual steps, and implementing AI-driven solutions across campaigns and data pipelines.

You will partner with marketing, sales, and IT to ensure scalable processes, high uptime, and data integrity. Remote-first role with opportunities to influence global MarTech strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on Marketo/CRM experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong appetite for using AI tools to automate MarOps problems.
• Systems thinking across the MarTech stack from touchpoint to Salesforce.
• Proficient in integrating Marketo with Salesforce and data workflows.

• Manage day-to-day operations of Marketo to support the business and ensure uptime.
• Investigate funnel issues, scoring anomalies, and syncs between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimization and AI-assisted automation.

• Overhaul and simplify Marketo to reduce debt and improve maintainability.
