Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who combines Marketo mastery with an AI-first automation mindset. You will architect and optimize the marketing engine, replacing manual processes with autonomous workflows that reduce friction and improve scale.

You will manage Marketo and integrate with Salesforce, lead investigations to resolve funnel issues, and drive data hygiene, segmentation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce integration with MAPs (Marketo preferred).
• Experience with AI tools or orchestration platforms to solve MarOps problems.

Responsibilities

• Platform management & support for Marketo and related systems.
• Lead investigations to troubleshoot funnel leakage and routing issues.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimisation and apply AI to automate repetitive processes.
• Develop cross-functional understanding of marketing, sales and business processes.
• Overhaul Marketo architecture with a focus on simplicity and reducing technical debt.
• Manage List Operations and ensure clean data hygiene and segmentation.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of systems and workflows.
