Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Automation for Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands. You will drive VM360 rollout, localize global standards, and act as the domain expert for the market while partnering with regional leads to scale campaigns, lifecycle programs and data-driven customer engagement.

You will translate technical components into business value for non-technical teams and clients, manage onboarding, and drive growth with financial institutions across the ANZPI region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or similar.
• 8+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Hands-on CDP and marketing automation technologies across ANZ markets.
• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing.
• Experience in financial services, cards, payments, loyalty or retail banking.
• Strong understanding of customer journey design and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Master VM360 platform expertise including customer journey orchestration, CDPs, segmentation, event-based triggers, campaign automation, omnichannel messaging.
• Lead onboarding and training programs for users across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
• Align VM360 rollout with AP framework, standards, playbooks and go-to-market approach.
• Advise on lifecycle growth strategies and client engagements with financial institutions.
• Own market pipeline, revenue targets and contribute to regional performance.
