Responsibilities

• Understand market strategy, industry trends and customer needs for all segments.
• Prioritize opportunities with the market president for meaningful value.
• Compile solutions to deliver value for Mastercard customer base.
• Empower account managers and business developers in solutioning.
• Meet customers to understand needs and support pitches.
• Manage capacity and focus of solution architects and product specialists.
• Build agile squads for complex opportunities with cross-functional staffing.
• Identify and allocate resources from other CSCs as needed.
• Engage enabling functions (legal, finance) for solutioning.
• Drive enterprise pricing approaches and develop commercial propositions.
• Track squad performance and optimize resource use.
• Provide market intelligence to Product Management and Development.
• Advance Mastercard strategic solutions to grow local ecosystem.
• Share knowledge across CSCs and identify investment gaps.
