Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to own the CI program and improve production processes across electromechanical systems. You will manage PFMEA, tool and fixture definitions, and interface with design for manufacturability to drive producibility on the floor.

You will work with QA, SC, and suppliers to improve performance, lead Kaizen events, and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements, including Australian NV2 clearance.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in manufacturing or process engineering with continuous improvement / Lean experience.
• Experience with PFMEA and supplier industrialisation within electromechanical production.

Aufgaben

• Own the manufacturing CI program and value stream mapping; lead Kaizen events and improvement efforts.
• Own PFMEA development and ensure Control Plans are current.
• Collaborate with mechanical design to define tooling and fixtures for production.
• Assess supplier manufacturing capability and conduct on-site audits for critical suppliers.
• Embed Design for Manufacturing features in product design and transfer knowledge to NPI.
