Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing CI leader to own the CI program, drive value stream mapping, and lead Kaizen events to improve cycle times and line efficiency. You will ensure PFMEA as part of process improvement and work closely with design engineers to develop tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in manufacturing with Lean/DFX experience, and can influence across disciplines while maintaining security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or process engineering with CI experience.
• Experience in electromechanical production environments.
• Structured problem-solving: 8D, A3, DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa.
• Hands-on in DFM/DFA reviews with design engineers.
• Ability to influence across electrical, mechanical, test, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own the CI program and value stream mapping.
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive yield improvement and scrap reduction from data.
• Develop PFMEA and control plans with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with design engineers on tooling and fixtures.
