Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, advise on facility management, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the employee and visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace operations, facilities management or property management.
• Experience managing workplace services in large, multi-site environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in property, facilities management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace operations, concierge services and contracted providers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage centrally operated workplace locations ensuring a professional, safe environment.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, landlords and stakeholders to support service delivery.
• Develop and implement workplace policies and service standards for excellence.
• Monitor providers for value, performance and contract compliance.
• Identify risks and maintain business continuity while driving improvements.
• Lead a diverse team and foster a customer-centric culture.
