NSW Department of Communities and Justice seeks a Program Manager to lead integrated planning, governance and performance management of housing development programs in Parramatta. This temporary full-time role (35 hours/week, up to 2 years) offers a Clerk Grade 11/12 salary with superannuation and leave loading.

The successful candidate will coordinate complex projects, manage risks, and deliver outcomes aligned with Homes NSW objectives and funding timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex multi-project development or infrastructure programs.
• Deep knowledge of development lifecycles including planning, design, approvals, procurement, construction and governance.
• Experience establishing program governance and performance reporting frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice and strategic insights to senior management on program performance, risks, opportunities and delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams, commercial specialists, government agencies and industry stakeholders to align planning, procurement, delivery and funding.
• Establish and oversee program reporting, performance measures and governance processes for timely executive decisions.
• Monitor program performance, dependencies, milestones and critical paths, addressing issues to maintain outcomes.
• Drive implementation of consistent program management methodologies and tools for governance and continuous improvement.
