Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Manager Workplace Services to lead the delivery of workplace operations and facilities across the central office portfolio, including concierge services and centrally managed locations.

You will drive service delivery, provide expert advice on facility management, and oversee contracted providers to ensure safe, efficient workplaces that support business outcomes. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with travel across the state as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace operations, facilities management or property management.
• Strong leadership across teams, service providers and stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver customer-focused workplace services and concierge outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace operations, concierge services and contracted providers to deliver high-quality facilities management.
• Manage centrally managed locations ensuring professional, safe environments for staff and visitors.
• Foster relationships with tenants, landlords and stakeholders to support service delivery.
• Develop and implement workplace policies and service standards for operational excellence.
• Monitor provider performance and contractual obligations for value and standards.
• Identify and resolve operational risks and continuity issues across sites.
• Lead a diverse team with a customer-centric culture and continuous improvement.
