Job summary

CBUS Super Fund is seeking a Senior Manager, Incidents Oversight to strengthen risk, controls and governance across our Member & Employer Experience unit. You will lead incident and breach response, root-cause analysis and remediation tracking, reporting to the Head of Monitoring, Controls & Governance.

This permanent, full-time Melbourne role involves partnering with Group Risk, Regulatory Affairs and service providers to elevate risk practices, drive evidence-based governance and deliver clear

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk, controls, compliance, audit or operational risk within financial services.
• Experience in managing incidents, issues, audit findings and remediation activities.
• Strong knowledge of prudential/regulatory requirements and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage, oversight and closure of incidents, breaches and audit findings with root-cause analysis.
• Design and uplift the incident management and control environment, tracking actions to resolution.
• Produce governance reporting for senior leaders and boards; drive remediation and accountability.
