CBUS Super in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Manager, Incidents Oversight to strengthen risk, controls and governance for the Member & Employer Experience unit. You will provide oversight of incident and breach management, remediation, and reporting to executive and Board governance forums.

You will partner with Group Risk, Regulatory Affairs and service providers to address systemic weaknesses, embed clear accountabilities, and deliver evidence-based insights and recommendations for

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, controls, or compliance within financial services.
• Knowledge of CPS 230 and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing incidents, issues and remediation activities.
• Ability to prepare clear, evidence-based reporting for governance audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the triage and closure of incidents, breaches, findings and remediation.
• Oversee the MEX incident management and control environment, identifying gaps and tracking actions.
• Establish treatment plans with owners, milestones, dependencies and effectiveness measures.
• Produce risk and compliance reporting for executive, enterprise and Board governance forums.
• Partner with MEX, Group Risk, Regulatory Affairs and service providers to strengthen risk ownership and culture.
