Job summary

Cbus Super in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Risk to join the Group Risk team on a 12-month maximum term contract. You will strengthen and embed the enterprise risk management framework across the Fund, influencing risk culture and partnering with stakeholders to shape risk practices.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise risk management within an APRA-regulated financial services environment.
• Experience implementing risk and control frameworks.
• Knowledge of CPS 230 and SPS 220.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the Fund.
• Monitor risk appetite metrics and reporting.
• Maintain risk documentation, registers and governance papers for Exec, Board and Committees.
• Support risk transformation programs and capability uplift.
