Job summary

CBUS Super is seeking an experienced Manager, Service Provider Risk to join our Group Risk team on a 12-month maximum term contract, based in Melbourne. You will oversee and enhance the Fund's Service Provider Risk Framework, providing expert second-line oversight, guidance and challenge across CBUS.

You will lead development of risk policies, monitor compliance, maintain registers and support resilience, with opportunities to influence regulatory change and educate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in service provider risk, operational resilience or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of APRA CPS 230 and contemporary risk management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in financial services, superannuation or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of Service Provider Risk policies, standards and frameworks.
• Provide second-line advice and guidance on service provider risk management requirements.
• Monitor compliance with service provider risk standards and framework obligations.
• Maintain material service provider registers and risk reporting.
• Support operational resilience, business continuity and critical operations activities.
• Contribute to major service provider and regulatory change initiatives, including CPS 230.
• Deliver risk education, training and stakeholder engagement activities.
