Gateways in Geelong is seeking a focused Manager - Community Services to lead the Social Connect, Recreation and Individual Supports programs. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and guide senior leaders, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services and strong outcomes for participants and staff.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership or management experience in disability or related human services.
• Ability to lead leaders, set expectations and drive accountability across multiple services.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and workforce/resource management experience.
• Proven strategic planning, service development and growth track record.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of disability legislation, regulatory requirements and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, performance and sustainable growth of Social Connect, Recreation and Individual Supports programs.
• Report to the COO and participate in the senior leadership team to deliver outcomes.
• Shape service strategy, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage budgets, workforce planning, governance and risk across services.
• Build productive partnerships with participants, families, community organisations and funding bodies.
