Community Gateway is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to provide flexible care to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, domestic tasks, transportation and community access. About the role

We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to join our team. Our Community Support Workers provide flexible care to our clients in their homes through a range of services, including

• Providing personal care
• Domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
• Transportation & community access

About you

This role requires:

• Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent.
• Commitment to provide high quality, wellness focused care.
• The ability to work autonomously & in a team environment.

• Experience working in aged care or community support work

Community Gateway is not-for-profit provider of aged care and disability services in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, South East Sydney and Mid North Coast regions of NSW.
