Job summary

Gateways Support Services Geelong seeks a Manager - Community Services to lead the Social Connect, Recreation and Individual Supports programs, shaping service strategy and ensuring high-quality, person-centred outcomes.

Reporting to the COO and as part of the senior leadership team, you will oversee performance, workforce planning and budgets, while building partnerships with participants, families and funding bodies.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in disability or community services.
• Proven ability to lead and develop leaders across a multi-service portfolio.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, workforce resources and performance.
• Experience in strategic planning, service development and growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of disability sector legislation, governance, risk and compliance.
• Ability to use data to monitor performance and inform decisions.
