Job summary

Telstra is seeking a Senior Specialist in Managed Services Sales to drive revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction within the Enterprise segment in Australia. The role emphasizes consultative selling, multi-domain Managed Services, and close collaboration with BDMs, Client Partners, and domain specialists.

Preference is given to candidates located in Sydney with regular client interaction and occasional on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• Experience in environments combining sales and a service focus for customer satisfaction.
• Experience in conducting complex sales negotiations and finalising commercial deals.
• Demonstrable ability to understand Managed Services across Network and Security and to build propositions.
• Experience in selling end-to-end Managed Services across multi-domain outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Consult, propose and sell Managed Services-based outcomes across network security and service management.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across Telstra Enterprise, including multi-domain solutions.
• Provide thought leadership to customers on technology trends and telco services.
• Develop knowledge and interlock on allocated Managed Services offerings across internal and external stakeholders.
• Build pipeline via account planning, campaigns, and sales enablement.
