Job summary

Telstra seeks a Territory Manager within the Telstra Business Sales team in Australia. You will identify new business opportunities, manage relationships with key decision makers, and own the sales and profitability performance of a defined territory.

You will develop and execute your territory plan, drive partner engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that support growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales or B2B experience.
• Experience in technology or software industry preferred.
• University qualification in Business/Commerce or relevant field.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in opportunity management and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory’s sales and profitability performance and nurture key customer relationships.
• Develop and execute end-to-end territory plans including whitespace and sales strategy.
• Drive partner engagement strategy by geography and domain.
• Collaborate with Digital Sales and Partner Channel to develop solutions for customers.
• Lead customer retention activities and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
