Job summary

Recruit Career Consult Pty Ltd is seeking Senior Sales Associates to join luxury boutiques across Sydney. You will lead by example on the floor, driving personal sales, building a high-value client portfolio and delivering an elevated luxury experience.

The role focuses on 80% personal sales and 20% team support, with opportunities to mentor colleagues, support onboarding and assist with boutique opening/closing. Strong luxury service standards and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' retail sales experience, preferably luxury/jewellery/watches or premium fashion
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong clienteling skills to cultivate high-value, long-term relationships
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Confidence supporting and guiding colleagues while staying sales-focused
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Experience using CRM and clienteling tools
• Flexibility to work rotating retail roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales and clienteling targets
• Building and developing a strong portfolio of high-value and repeat clients
• Proactively driving client outreach, private appointments and follow-up
• Delivering an elevated and highly personalised luxury experience
• Using storytelling, product expertise and consultative selling to create meaningful client connections
• Identifying and developing clients for exclusive local, regional and global events
• Acting as a senior presence on the floor and supporting colleagues with complex or high-value sales
• Supporting new team member onboarding, coaching and development
• Assisting with boutique opening and closing procedures and keyholder responsibilities
• Stepping into Manager-on-Duty responsibilities when required
