Job summary

Retailworld Resourcing, on behalf of a globally recognised luxury brand, is seeking a curious, personable Sales Consultant for a Sydney CBD boutique. You will deliver elevated, personalised service, develop product knowledge and build lasting relationships with high-value clients in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will nurture client portfolios via expert clienteling and CRM, meet boutique KPIs, and collaborate with the team to tell brand stories.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within luxury, premium or high-service retail.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an elevated, personalised luxury customer experience.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Using sophisticated clienteling and CRM practices to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Working towards individual and boutique sales KPIs and commercial targets.
• Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Developing strong product knowledge and confidently communicating product and brand stories.
• Managing multiple clients and competing priorities during busy trading periods.
• Working collaboratively with the wider boutique team.
