Overview

A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of the most anticipated luxury boutique openings in Sydney this year. Located in the newly redeveloped Chatswood Chase precinct – home to some of the world's most prestigious luxury and fashion houses – this role is for a client advisor who understands that in luxury retail, the relationship is everything.

This is not a transactional role. You will be joining a boutique that operates to the highest standards in the industry, representing a globally revered brand with an exceptional heritage. Clients you will serve expect to feel remembered, valued, and understood – and your role is to deliver that experience, consistently and without compromise.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain genuine, long‑term relationships with a discerning client base
• Deliver an exceptional in‑boutique experience that reflects the brand standard at every touchpoint
• Develop deep product knowledge and communicate it with confidence and authenticity
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation to the highest standard
• Represent the brand impeccably in all client and colleague interactions

About You

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail – fashion, jewellery, timepieces, or lifestyle
• A genuine affinity with the world of luxury – you understand it, you live it, you represent it naturally
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with clients at every level
• A proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client book
• Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
• Calm, considered, and unhurried – you understand that in luxury, pace is part of the experience
• Fluency in a second language is highly regarded but not essential
