Job summary

Elysium Manly is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to lead our sales by driving strategy across leisure, corporate and MICE. You will mentor Sales Executives, convert opportunities, and push revenue growth while upholding our luxury service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in senior hospitality leadership, sharp negotiation and relationship skills, and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced environment. This is a on-site role at a premier Sydney beachside destination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a senior leadership position within luxury hotels, supported by a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship-building and networking skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategy and business development across leisure, corporate and MICE.
• Support revenue growth and lead the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Represent the brand at industry events and maintain strong client relationships.
