Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior Client Advisor at the Sydney Airport Store. You will honor customers with Tiffany’s high service standards, utilize strategic selling and clienteling, and support the team with coaching to maximize sales.

You will contribute to achieving annual sales plans, maintain luxurious presentation, and assist in opening/closing duties while ensuring a premium client experience aligned with Tiffany’s legacy of craftsmanship and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in jewelry.
• Previous expert selling experience and problem solving.
• Excellent communications, verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and CRM.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Luxury retail experience and gemology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Honor the customer by delivering Tiffany’s high service standards.
• Assist clients with merchandise selections using consultative selling.
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions.
• Mentor and coach Client Advisors to meet sales plans.
• Support store opening/closing and ensure smooth sales floor operations.
