Tiffany & Co. Sydney flagship on Pitt Street is seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join on a full-time basis. This role represents a premier luxury brand and focuses on creating highly personalised client experiences and building lasting relationships.

You will be an ambassador for Tiffany, combining service excellence, product knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset to exceed client expectations in a fast-paced flagship environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail or another client-centric environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results and working towards KPIs.
• Strong passion for building and developing client relationships.

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised Tiffany experience to every client.
• Build and develop meaningful, long-term client relationships.
• Drive sales performance and consistently work towards and exceed individual and store targets.
