NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Monitoring & Observability Engineer in Sydney to lead LogicMonitor deployments and drive renewal outcomes. You will act as a senior technical authority, delivering high-impact monitoring and observability results for strategic enterprise clients.

Hybrid working environment with onshore capability oversight and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold client commitments and platform maturity.

Qualifications

• Senior-level expertise in LogicMonitor and observability platforms.
• Strong scripting capability in PowerShell.
• Experience with Azure Cloud environments and version control (Git).
• Infrastructure knowledge across Windows, VMware, Cisco networking, and Linux systems.
• Proven experience delivering in complex enterprise customer environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring platform uplift and remediation initiatives for LogicMonitor environments.
• Deliver contractual monitoring and observability outcomes tied to renewals.
• Act as a senior escalation point and technical authority.
• Drive platform maturity, automation, and standardisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client-specific requirements are met.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership across the engineering team.
• Ensure consistency with onshore capability commitments.
