Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in LogicMonitor.
• Strong scripting capability in PowerShell.
• Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
• Version control experience (e.g., Git).
• Infrastructure knowledge across: Windows, VMware, Cisco networking, Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring platform uplift and remediation initiatives for LogicMonitor environments.
• Deliver contractual monitoring and observability outcomes tied to renewals.
• Act as a senior escalation point and technical authority.
• Drive platform maturity, automation, and standardisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client-specific requirements are met.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership across the engineering team.
• Ensure consistency with onshore capability commitments.
