Ideal candidates bring deep networking protocol knowledge, strong incident management and ITIL-aligned change processes, plus mentoring skills to develop junior staff and elevate operational performance.

Qualifications

• Senior network operations experience in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and architectures.
• Experience with incident response and change management.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and participate in architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex LAN/WAN environments.
• Escalation point for high-severity incidents and RCA.
• Lead deployment and optimization of enterprise network monitoring tools.
• Implement network security best practices.
• Coordinate planned maintenance and network migrations.
• Analyze capacity trends for scalability.
• Support ITIL change and incident processes.
• Participate in network design discussions.
• Document SOPs and mentor staff.
• On-call rotation oversight.
