Job summary

LogicMonitor in Sydney seeks a Lead Solutions Architect to drive complex Edwin implementations and architect scalable ITSM integrations. You will mentor teams, own delivery patterns, and lead cross-functional design efforts across Envision, ITSM workflows, and partner delivery.

The role requires experience guiding pre-sales validation, regional SME ownership, and multi-platform integration leadership to reduce risk and accelerate time-to-value for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture or equivalent senior delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of ITSM workflows and enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, PS, Product, and Engineering.
• Ability to mentor technical peers and lead complex design sessions.
• Proven track record designing integrations across monitoring and ITOM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Edwin implementations for enterprise customers with regional scope.
• Design advanced Edwin solutions coordinating with Envision, ITSM workflows, and partner delivery.
• Own architecture for event ingestion, alerting, remediation, and value reporting.
• Reduce delivery risk, improve time-to-value, and mentor teams on repeatable patterns.
• Lead pre-sales validation and solution design with cross-functional teams.
• Define scalable ITOps workflows across multi-platform integrations.
