Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role in banking or fintech.
• Experience developing customer-centric solutions and value propositions.
• Strong understanding of product strategy and portfolio optimisation.
• Proven capability in commercial analysis and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities through customer, market, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and refine customer value propositions across products and services.
• Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and portfolio optimisation.
