Essential

• FSR Tier 2 (RG146) accreditation
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• Minimum two years' lending experience
• Demonstrated experience conducting lending assessments and managing loan applications
• Strong knowledge of responsible lending and credit assessment principles
• Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences

Nice to have

• Previous experience working within a mutual bank, banking or financial services environment
• Experience supporting complex lending applications
• Strong understanding of cross-sell and member retention strategies
• Leadership or mentoring experience within a lending environment
