Qualifications

• Experience delivering service through Service Centre and Contact Centre channels.
• Ability to explain products and services to members across lending, deposits, insurance and wealth management.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, professional service to members via Service Centre and Contact Centre channels.
• Assist with enquiries and provide information on product and service offerings, including deposits, home loans, cards, insurance and wealth management.
• Create opportunities to provide total financial solutions for members.
• Efficiently process member transactions and loan applications from end to end.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in various systems.
