You will lead end-to-end loan processes, achieve sales targets, provide tailored financial solutions, and work with a collaborative team across communities. Prior experience and FSR II accreditation are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Relationship Manager in financial services with commercial lending.
• FSR Tier II Accredited.
• Strong brand advocate with results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow the lending portfolio for residential and commercial borrowers.
• Provide expert, tailored financial solutions for members.
• Maintain and grow relationships within established networks and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end loan process from application to settlement and customer experience.
