LiveHire Limited’s Fremantle Service Centre is seeking a full-time Member Service Officer to assist walk-in customers and those contacting us by phone and online channels. You will join a small team focused on delivering a consistently professional and friendly service experience.

Key duties include delivering efficient service across Service Centre and Contact Centre channels, assisting with enquiries about deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards, general insurance, personal loans and wealth

Formación

• Experience delivering service in Service Centre/Contact Centre.
• Knowledge of deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards, general insurance, personal loans and wealth management.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and prioritisation.
• Proactive, independent and reliable with strong communication.
• Tier II Accredited (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient and professional service to members via Service Centre and Contact Centre.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in various systems.
• Assist customers with enquiries and product information across offerings.

OurFremantle Service Centre currently has an excellent career opportunity for a full-timeMember Service Officer. The position will see you assisting our walk-in customers and those who interact with us through our Contact Centre via phone and online channels.

You’ll be joining a small team who are focussed on providing our members with a consistently professional and friendly service experience. The key aspects of your new role include:

• Delivering efficient and professional service to our members through Service Centre and Contact Centre channels
• Assisting with enquiries and providing information relating to all product and service offerings including deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards, general insurance, personal loans and wealth management
• Creating opportunities to provide a total solution for our members’ financial needs
• Efficiently processing members' cash and non-cash transactions
• Associated administrative tasks including maintaining accurate and timely records in various systems

Your Profile

You are a collaborative service professional who is:

• well-organised and able to prioritise effectively
• proactive and able to work well independently when required
• able to communicate confidently with a broad customer group (face-to-face and over the phone)
• Tier II Accredited (desirable)
