Job summary

The Learning & Development Advisor role at TheirCare Pty Ltd supports the delivery of our Learning & Development Strategy and strengthens capability across the organisation. You will lead the day-to-day L&D activities, coach team members, and ensure our training programs and resources deliver meaningful outcomes.

Based at our Melbourne HQ in Hawthorn with a hybrid work model, you will partner with operational leaders to identify knowledge gaps, facilitate training and support professional

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC or operations teams.
• Knowledge of NQF, NQS, Child Safe Standards.
• Experience coaching and developing others.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Learning & Development Manager in implementing strategies and translating priorities into practical initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day L&D activities and coach team members to build capability.
• Oversee learning materials and programs, including eLearning, workshops and resources.
• Collaborate with Area/Operations Managers to identify training needs and deliver solutions.
• Lead L&D projects and support induction, leadership development and professional pathways.
• Oversee training delivery and LMS to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Monitor participation and provide on-site leadership in the manager's absence.
