TheirCare Pty is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to support delivery of our L&D strategy and strengthen capability across our organisation.

Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll lead day‑to‑day L&D activities, coach and mentor the team, ensure our training programs and resources deliver meaningful outcomes, and own key projects while aligning to regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Experience in OSHC leadership or operations.
• Knowledge of NQF/NQS and child-safe standards.
• Experience designing and delivering workplace training.
• Experience with LMS and digital content tools.

Responsabilidades

• Translate priorities into practical learning initiatives.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership of the L&D team and coaching.
• Develop and oversee engaging learning materials and programs.
• Identify training needs with stakeholders and develop solutions.
• Lead L&D projects and support induction and leadership development.
• Oversee training delivery and maintain regulatory alignment.
• Monitor participation and support the L&D Manager in their absence.
