Job summary

University of New South Wales is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to drive LMS transformation across teaching and learning. You will work with academic staff to shape curriculum renewal, digital learning interfaces, and assessment practices.

You will collaborate across divisions and lead through change, delivering governance-aligned initiatives and evidence-based practice improvements. Hybrid work with onsite presence is available.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in education or learning design or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting academic staff in higher education settings.
• Familiarity with Moodle, Turnitin or Inspera for assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise LMS solutions with staff collaboration.
• Build relationships with academic and professional stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate innovative educational design approaches.
• Manage LMS initiatives from concept to fully operational solutions.
• Lead small teams or workstreams within the LMS transformation.
• Contribute to UNSW's Progress for All strategy and governance.
