Crime and Corruption Commission QLD in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Learning Advisor (AO6) to lead the design, development and implementation of learning solutions. The role partners with business areas, manages vendor relationships, and maintains LMS processes to support learning activities.

You will analyse data, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement with strong communication and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate capability in designing, developing and implementing learning solutions.
• Proven ability to procure, contract and manage external vendors.
• Experience establishing and maintaining LMS and administering learning activities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare regular reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
• Proactive in data-driven continuous improvement.
